Are all the features available in a trial account?

Yes, our trial account includes all the features of a paid account, add-ons excluded. You have access to this account for 30 days. A trial account provides you with 200 free credits so you can test all the extensive features of Flexmail and send sample campaigns.

Is there a limit to the number of contacts that I can manage in Flexmail?

No. The number of contacts you can manage in Flexmail is unlimited. With the Prepay plan, you only pay for the amount of emails that you're sending.With the Monthly plan, the cost of your subscription is linked to the number of contacts in your account.

Can I switch from a pay as you go account to a prepaid account?

Yes. You can transfer to an alternative package at any time and without loss of data.

Do I have to use up my credits within a certain period of time?

No. The credits you have bought will remain valid indefinitely.

What are the system requirements for using Flexmail?

Flexmail is an SAAS (Software as a Service) package. Both the software and your data are safe in 'The Cloud'. So you do not need to install any software on your computer. You can gain access to the platform with a user name and password. All you need is an Internet connection and a browser (Microsoft Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, ...).

Can I link Flexmail to my CRM system?

Yes, you can. Thanks to an integration, which our specialists are responsible for, a connector is built in between Flexmail and CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. The connector ensures that new customer details from Flexmail are automatically updated in CRM and vice versa.

I have a trial account and wish to buy a prepaid licence. How do I proceed?

You can buy a prepaid licence online from your trial account or you can contact our sales team (+32 2 669 20 20). If you want to order online, you can use the order button in your trial account.

Which credit/debit cards can I use to pay online?

We support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact. All online payments are executed with a secure line provided by Ogone.

When will I receive an invoice for my order?

If you order online, you will receive a confirmation immediately after placing your order with the invoice attached. For offline orders, the invoice will be sent by post.

Will I get charged for sending out sample campaigns with Flexmail?

No. All email campaigns with a maximum of five contacts are free.

Can I also use Flexmail on my Mac?

Yes. Flexmail works seamlessly with Mozilla Firefox browsers on any Mac OS X platform.
